Founder
David founded Rose Computer Technology Services in April of 1997 after 12 years as Executive Vice President for Inacom Information Systems. Dave started as a trainer, developed into an engineer, then moved into service management and sales before taking the leap and starting Rose Computer. Today, Dave is our CEO, working closely with our entire team.
Dave is married with two grown children, and lives in Williston, VT. When not working, Dave enjoys golf, skiing, and martial arts.
Team
Rose Computers is currently made up of 11 team members, supported by a Network Operation Center with over 1,000 trained engineers, and two Help Desk teams. Our Enterprise Help Desk team is a US-based team with over 220 people, mostly us veterans. Our second Help desk team is a 4 technician team that works closely with our local team on a daily basis.Â
Our Vermont based team has combined experience of close to 100 years! Sounds funny that way, since computers have not been around that long. Most of our team have been with us for over three years, and four of us have been together for over five years.Â
We are more than a small local group of dedicated professionals. We are professional aggregators. By this I mean we make use of our vendor and partner relationships to deliver world-class expertise and response at a competitive price.Â
I recognized early on that in order to scale this business we needed a breadth of technical expertise and 24 x 7 services.Â
Today we offer true scalability, the ability to service and support Enterprise clients with hundreds of users and twenty locations while still offering local small business excellent response and personal attention.Â
We have had several long term customers leave us for a year for a lower price, and return to us the following year because they missed the personal nature of our team’s involvement with their staff, and the consistent quality we deliver.Â

Rose Computer Technology Services, Inc. Receives 2022 Citizens Bank Small Business Community Champion Award
This year, Citizens Bank granted 30 prizes of $10,000 each to small businesses from three groups: minority-owned, women-owned and other qualified companies; that are having a positive effect on their communities. Rose Computer is honored to have received an award in recognition of our community service and dedication to our community.
