David founded Rose Computer Technology Services in April of 1997 after 12 years as Executive Vice President for Inacom Information Systems. Dave started as a trainer, developed into an engineer, then moved into service management and sales before taking the leap and starting Rose Computer. Today, Dave is our primary sales person, working closely with our entire team.
Dave is married with two grown children, and lives in Williston, VT. When not working, Dave enjoys skiing, and martial arts.
Chief Technology Officer
Nabil joined Rose computers in 2015 after numerous jobs in IT. Nabil was trained as an Information System Operator/Analyst in the Army. After ETSing from the Army, he moved to San Diego.
After a year in San Diego as a network administrator Nabil returned to Vermont and was hired as a Network Administrator II for the State of Vermont. Nabil engineered and enhanced the security of the Vermont Department of Public Safety network.
After several other jobs including senior engineer at Dominiontech, Nabil joined Rose Computer in 2015 as a Level 3 Engineer and Service Delivery Manager. Currently Nabil is our Chief Technology Officer directly responsible for the security and technical success of our projects.
Nabil lives in the New North End of Burlington with his partner, Caitlin, and two children, Myles, and Apollonia.
Mark joined Rose Computer in 2019 after 20+ years in IT service and management. Mark worked at Computer services of Vermont, IDX Systems Corporation and GE Healthcare. AT GE Healthcare Mark managed a $1.3million dollar budget and managed over 30 engineers.
Mark was a licensed electrician in the state of Vermont. Mark is currently the Service Coordinator at Rose Computer and directly responsible for the timely delivery of projects. Mark takes pride in his problem-solving abilities, coaching skills and being a team player driving outcome in uncertain situations.
Mark is married with 2 stepchildren and 2 dogs. His interests include Radio controlled helicopters and quadcopters, audio engineering and live sound, snowboarding and anything technical.
Richard is a 39-year-old technology enthusiast with over 20 years in IT. Richard has worked in various types of business doing IT work; including industrial, academic, public works, and consulting. Richard received an associate’s degree in Informational Technology with a major in networking. Richard has attended Veeam training and is a Sophos certified engineer. Prior to joining Rose Computer a few years ago, Richard was an engineer at Northern Power Systems.
An Eagle Scout, Richard’s hobbies include audio/video creation, photography, and puppetry. He is active in the local theater and was part of the design team for Nightmare VT from January to October 2019.
Level 2 Engineer
Robert has been with Rose Computer since 2016. He has been working in IT since 2008, starting at a State College, with several years at a local ISP and in software support, Robert worked the help desk at a local bank for two year. A Level-2 Engineer, Robert is skilled in Microsoft Server technology, Group Policy, VMware, Veeam, Axcient, Datto, and numerous other technologies.
In his free time, Robert enjoys exploring Vermont via kayak and footpaths, camping, and spending time with his two boys. Rainy days are for reading sci-fi and baking.
Network Administrator & Help Desk Support
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from Champlain College for Computer and Digital Forensics where he specialized in Cybersecurity. Michael was a network administrator intern for two different organizations where he gained valuable experience working in domain environments and supporting users in a professional capacity.
Today Michael provides three key services to Rose Computer’s clients; he is network administrator for several accounts, deploys new and replacement systems at client sites, and provides Help Desk support in key application areas.
Outside of work Michael enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing video games, and serving as a volunteer fireman for the City of Winooski.
Help Desk Support
Matthew is a seasoned technician who attended Champlain College and initially worked at the first commercial website in Vermont. He has 23 years of experience providing Network end-user support.
Matthew has been providing Help Desk service for Rose Computer for over 7 years. It is rare that there is a computer problem or network issue he has not seen, resolved, and documented. Prior to joining Rose Computer, Matthew held positions at Ascension Technology, The Tech Group, and Cyberskills of Vermont.
A native Vermonter, he lives on the shores of Lake Arrowhead in Milton with his wife and 2 boys. Matthew enjoys kayaking, hiking and collecting old maps of Vermont.
Jeremy is a hardware engineer who started learning computer repair and construction in 1995. He has worked as an IT Specialist in the Army. He was also the lead PC Tech at Staples where he has performed PC repair and computer backup and restoration, as well as data recovery operations. He has been employed at Rose Computer since March of 2016 performing computer builds, and repairs for end user machines.
Tech Bench Support
Alex is a junior at Dartmouth College and the newest member of the tech bench at Rose Computer. Although he may lack tenure at the company, he makes it up with his precise, systematic way of approaching problems he learned as a student of Computer Science and programming.
He is always willing to learn and gives his best every step of the way. Alex is committed to not only helping you solve your computer issues, but also use his experience as Teacher’s Assistant at Dartmouth College to help you learn what caused the issue so that it can be better avoided in the future.
He’s a brilliant young mind that’s ready to help you, no matter the problem.
His interests include tabletop gaming—primarily modern board games—and Nordic skiing.
Dispatch & Customer Service Representative
Wendy joined Rose Computer at the end of 2018 as our call dispatch and customer service representative. Wendy spent 30 years in the printing industry in various roles including as a graphic designer with The Buyers Digest and managing the Prepress Department at Lane Press.
Wendy is expert in our Professional Service Automation software, personable, and assists with sales and replacements for our customers. Wendy’s hobbies are gardening and traveling Vermont on beautiful summer days in her Jeep Wrangler with her husband of 38 years. Wendy has 2 adult children, 1 grandchild, and 7 cats.
Judy Mammorella joined Rose Computers in 1995 after 23 years as Office Manager for Coffee Enterprises.
Judy handles all accounting and HR functions for Rose Computers, and manages our inventory.
Growing up in a military family, Judy has travelled and lived in many parts of the US.
When not managing the bookkeeping and work flows at Rose Computers, Judy and her husband Paul enjoy traveling, touring Vermont and New England in their Porsche, wine tasting, and spending time with family and friends.

Project Engineer: $40k – $70k
As a project engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of IT projects. Projects run the gamut from migrating business from Exchange to Office 365, to deploying multi-site wan infrastructure designed for performance and resiliency. Experience with network technology (routers, firewalls, switches), server operating systems, VMware, and Various backup and DR solutions is expected. Certifications are a plus.
Network Engineer: $50k – $100k
This position is a high-level engineering position for an IT professional with extensive experience. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting a variety of complex network implementations. Technicians and engineers escalate issues to you for resolution. Project deployment and management are required. Proven experience with most of these items are expected:
- Cisco products and architecture.
- TCPIP, VLANs, network management, and solid understand of how network traffic flows.
- Server Operating Systems from 2008 through 2016.
- Active directory, DNS, and active directory health management.
- Veeam, Storagecraft, Replibit, Zerto, and/or other DR and backup solutions.
- Project management: track record of successful project implementations and/or management.
Network Technician: $32k – $55k
This is a level 1 tech position. As a network technician, you will be responsible for system builds, image deployment, deployment of endpoints to clients, remote troubleshooting and help desk support. Proven expertise with desktop operating systems, basic network configuration and troubleshooting, and strong communication skills are a must. Proven experience with most of these items are expected:
- Switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Desktop Operating systems from Windows 7 through Windows 10.
- Microsoft Office Suite, adobe acrobat, CAD software.
- Anti-virus, anti-malware, and diagnostic software tools.
